This is obviously before Numenor got sunkbecause his body was desroyed and after that he could no longer take a fair form.

Whoa no way! I actually went to cgtextures trying to find a similar texture to yours and I couldn't find one. I mean, I only went so far as to look under the paper section, but I can't think of where else it would be. What category is it under?

You were on the right track!

It's this one: [link] only with the colours inverted and contrast played with (darkened a little, contrast upped). Maybe I also fiddled with the saturation, downing it a bit, I don't quite recall, but I wouldn't be surprised.
