Nngh, all right, here's the story: in ages past, I RPed a lot of 'Pirates of the Caribbean' with ~
BlinkPink in which Jack Sparrow slept with abso-fucking-lutely everyone, ‘cause he’s a heur; the usual suspects, granted, were Bootstrap and Barbossa. But my OTP, my absolute favourite pairing, was Jack/the Black Pearl. You see, the way I figure it, when Davy Jones - who is, after all, magical - raised the Pearl from the sea, he also imbued her with life, and so, Jack is hopelessly in love with his ship and vice-versa.
This led to a crack-RP, which we shall call, “The Week where the Pearl was Human (and Jack wasn’t)”. See, for the Pearl to walk in a human shape, the mass for her body needed to come from somewhere else, and where better than from Jack? So, as Pearl was turned human, Jack became - of course - a sparrow. Which sucks for them, but is hilarious for me.
So. Yeah.
